Your Responsibilities as Store Manager:
- Reporting directly to Amy and Trevor Furbay, you’ll lead and inspire a team dedicated to
delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations and be
accountable for productivity goals while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own It: Operate like an owner, taking full accountability for your store's success.
- Lead with Purpose: Inspire and motivate a team focused on achieving excellence.
- Customer-First Mindset: Create a customer-centric environment and ensure every interaction prioritizes their needs.
- Build Relationships: Engage with customers to understand their current and future needs.
- Resolve with Care: Address complaints efficiently and ensure quick, effective service.
- Develop Talent: Coach and mentor your team by modeling best practices and fostering skill development.
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure stock is received, presented, and merchandised to maximize profitability.
- Stay Ahead of the Market: Conduct competitive shop visits to gain insights and keep strategies sharp.
- Drive Results: Develop and implement policies, marketing programs, and strategies to grow sales and elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications
- Retail Store Manager experience is a plus, particularly in menswear or luxury retail.
